1 | teaspoon | garlic, minced | |

1 | tablespoon | fresh parsley, snipped | |

3 | tablespoons | dry white wine | |
|
Stir garlic, parsley and pepper into melted butter in small saucepan. Cook for 1 minute; stir in wine and heat through. Thread shrimp onto 4 long skewers. Grill on a greased rack for 5-8 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce.
