2 | cups | barbecue sauce | |

1/2 | cup | beer | |

Place ribs in large plastic bag. Add 1-1/2 cups barbecue sauce and beer. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill. Remove ribs from marinade, discard remaining sauce. Place ribs on grill. Cook over very low heat for 2 hours or until fork tender, turning occasionally. Baste with remaining barbecue sauce during last 20 minutes continuing to turn to avoid over-browning.
-Beef Short Ribs require slow cooking to tenderize them.
-Remember to turn ribs often while on the grill to avoid over-browning.
-Short Ribs can be cooked in the oven at 350 F. until fork tender and then grilled.
-Meat can be removed from bones and shredded for pulled beef barbecue sandwiches.
-Baste with barbecue sauce the last few minutes of cooking.
