1 | jar | (16 ounce) prepared salsa | |

6 | hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls | ||

|||
1 | bottle | spicy barbecue sauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mini red peppers, sliced into rounds | |
|
Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with salsa. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks and return to the slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce and sliced peppers; stir to combine and serve on toasted buns.
