1/2 | pound | boneless beef sirloin steak, 1/2- inch thick, fat trimmed and cut into 1/2- inch cubes | |

2 | small red potatoes, cubed | ||

1/2 | package | (16 ounce) baby carrots | |
|
|||
1/2 | jar | (12 ounce) beef gravy | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|

Heavy duty aluminum foil | |||
|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or heat grill to medium-high.
Spray two 12-by 18-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil with non-stick spray.
Center half of beef, potatoes and carrots in an even layer on each sheet of foil. Spoon gravy over beef mixture; sprinkle with onion powder and pepper.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make second packet.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill for 14 to 16 minutes on covered grill. Stir before serving.
